Almost 2 hours after my initial review, one of their lovely managers, Derrick, reached out to me and wanted to earn my business back. Derrick explained the products that would be used and the process. He sent out one of his best technicians to treat my home thoroughly today in hopes that this will remediate any activity I have been seeing. It is hard to find businesses in this day and age that appreciate customers to make them feel heard and understand their concerns. Derrick also told me to wait 10 days and let him know directly if my concerns were resolved. So far, I appreciate the professionalism of everyone who has helped with my issue.
