We used PestNow at our old house when closing to take care of a minor pest problem. The experience was so good we've signed up for the annual service package at our new home. Every technician we've had has been professional and extremely friendly. The majority of the time we end up getting an education on the insects being treated and how they interact with us and the environment. We are very happy to continue using their service.

Had ants streaming into the house. PestNow was able to get to us quickly and their Tech Terry Greene was prompt, courteous, thorough, and clearly explained everything I needed to know. Ants were gone just as he promised!

We’ve been using PestNow for over 10 years. We’ve been very happy with them. They employ some of the best people. We use them for bug/pest control, termite inspection/annual policy, and most recently for our lawn fertilizer and they’ve done a great job (we’ve had past company’s burn our lawn with chemicals). Whenever we call to schedule an appointment they are very prompt and always answer the phone. If we ever have ants inside or outside they are quick to come out and take care of it.

Carroll goes above and beyond to provide professional service each and every time he comes. I have worked with this Company for over 20 years and I referred many of my friends to Pests Now . With mahogany and cedar house , we are very susceptible to carpenter ants and bees. Couldn’t maintain our home without Prsts Now.

PestNow is hands down the best Pest Control company out there. Every technician they have sent has been utterly knowledgeable and professional. Their turn-around time and customer service is also exceptional. Also, shout out to David who is friendly, professional and goes the extra mile to make sure we are pest free! I’ve been quite happy with my protection plan with Pest Now. I particularly appreciate the diligence of Nick, so I have asked for him ever since, after the second guy who came didn’t seem to care as much. Found out my plan has a warranty on the house so I have had them come for a warranty visit between services once, and even asked about something that turned out to not be covered (Yellowjacket nest in the yard). Nick came out for the estimate, and was able to take care of it same day! What a relief it is to know that they can handle the nuisances in my life! Such a weight off my shoulders! SO grateful for Nick and the team at Pest Now!

I was very impressed with the representative that performed my yearly inspection. He pointed out what appeared to be a previous problem, and not active at this time. He scheduled a two month follow up to review the issue. I have been using PestNow for 8 years and have been very satisfied with their service.

We were in the process of getting crawlspace work done when an opossum found in that area stopped the work from moving forward. PestNow was quick to respond to help us take care trapping the "critter" so we could get the crawlspace work completed. Super friendly, efficient, and I highly recommend!

What a pleasant experience. I highly recommend PestNow. Not only did they come and help to prevent any unwanted residences to enter, they gave me suggestions to push me to that extra protection. Well worth every penny. Plus, my technician is always amazingly awesome (inside and out). Thanks!

Jessica was very flexible with working around my schedule to come give me a quote for getting rid of the bats in our attic. Was very easy to reach her with follow up questions. Aaron, who performed the work, did more than I was expecting, even inspecting and putting an extra steel mesh over the garage gable vent. Carrie kept in contact with me about scheduling. The team was great to work with.

I met Jessy Miley through networking. She is fantastic, engaging, energetic, passionate, and super duper friendly! I asked her to send someone to come by and set up their bait to get rid of the ants that were attacking our pets’ food. Eddy placed their bait that is 1000x more effective than any of the bait traps we bought in the store. It was scary seeing all the ants that were in my walls coming out for the bait. There were easily 10x more ants living with us than we previously thought. Within 48 hrs, all the ants have disappeared and haven’t seen them since. PestNow is a great service that helped us get rid of their ants, but that isn’t all they do! They help with any Wildlife that gets into ANY part of your house, wether the basement, crawl space or attic. They will even replace the insulation in your attic! They are amazing and will help out with any unwanted guests in your home!

I have been so happy with Pest Now. They come out very quickly. They are so thorough and polite. They do so much inside and out at a reasonable price. The lady who answers the phone is so accommodating and so pleasant.. They have a warranty plan that within a certain time frame, they will come back at no expense. I’ve been using this company for awhile and won’t go anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed.

Roy came to our house for a free inspection on short notice and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He relieved our anxieties as new homeowners and made some very reasonable recommendations tailored to our situation in a thoughtful and low pressure manner. Would definitely work with them again!
